No Fuss Spicy Chickpea Snack—This is another very tasty recipe for an easy healthy homemade snack. No additives or chemicals, all natural! Make more than the recipe (eaily doubles), as the 2 cups that this recipe makes will quickly disappear.

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 T olive oil

2 tsp chili powder

1-1½ tsp each ground cumin, dried oregano (use the amount to your personal taste)

¼ tsp salt

pinch pepper

1. In a bowl, stir together the chickpeas, chili powder, cumin, oregano, slat, pepper, and olive oil.

2. Spread this mixture onto a foil-lined and rimmed baking sheet.

3. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1-1½ hours, or until lightly golden and crisp.

Your Chickpeas Snacks can be stored for up to 5 days.
