Baileys Irish Cream
This very popular holiday beverage (and for that matter, any time of the year!), is so simple and relatively inexpensive to make at home. The beauty of this recipe is that you cannot tell the difference between a store-bought bottle and this homemade version, especially if you re-bottle this liquor in authentic Baliys Irish Cream bottles!
Ingredients:
1 can Eagle Condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 c table cream (250 ml carton)
1 /2 c Scotch Whiskey
1 T chocolate syrup (recipe available in the ‘recipe’ category of betweenclosefriends.com blog)
½ tsp coconut extract
Put all ingredients in blender and mix well. Bottle, then refrigerate. Keeps for up to 3 weeks in the fridge.
