How to Make the Best Ever Buttermilk Herb Dressing

This quick and simple Buttermilk Herb Dressing will yield 1¼ cups of a very tasty dip or dressing. It is wonderful with the Homemade Chicken Nuggets, or over your favourite salad greens.

Ingredients:

1 c buttermilk

¼ c veg oil

1 T finely chopped fresh parsley

1 T white wine vinegar

1 T finely chopped fresh dill or ½ tsp dried

1 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp salt

1 small garlic clove, minced

  1. Combine all of the above ingredients together.
  2. Mix or shake well.
