This Creamy Crab Salad has been a favorite in our household for a number of years. With our large family, it became very cost-efficient to learn how to make this recipe at home for holiday and special occasions enjoyment. 1. Dice together: 1 bunch green onions
1 red pepper
and 4-6 stalks of fresh celery.
2. Add 1 lb coarsely diced crab meat
1 T freshly diced coriander (or parsley for a milder flavour)
salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add ½ & ½ mayo/sour cream.
To make a Creamy Pasta Crab Salad, add 2 c cooked small pasta shells to the Creamy Crab Salad recipe, above..
Mix gently.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve cold garnished with a light sprinkling of paprika and a few sprigs of parsley in the center.
