This Danish version of Boursin Cheese is excellent served with any fish dish. It is also a wonderful accompaniment served with a cucumbers salad, or as a spread on cucumber sandwiches.
¼ of the basic Boursin Cheese
3 T chopped fresh dill
2 tsp chopped fresh chives
