This is an easy and quick to make Tempera Batter recipe that is popular with my family when deep-frying a variety of vegetables. It is light, both in calories and in coating thickness, and very tasty. It enhances the flavour of the vegetables that you are cooking tender-crisp. It may become one of your favourite recipes too.
