How to Make a Spicy Orange Sauce

For all your orange lovers, this is a recipe that you absolutely must include in your recipe repertoire!

Ingredients:

5 cloves garlic, minced

1“ piece of peeled ginger, crushed and minced

1 small red chili pepper, seeded & minced

  1. Heat together ½ cup of orange juice, ½ cup of chicken broth, ½ tsp sugar, ½ tsp fresh orange and lemon zest.
  2. When it begins to boil, reduce the heat and add the minced garlic ginger, chili peppers.
  3. Thicken your Spicy Orange Sauce with a solution of 1 tsp cornstarch to 3 T water.
  4. When the sauce has thickened, remove from heat.
  5. Serve Spicy Orange Sauce with brazed pork chops, or chicken.
