How to Make a Perfect Spa Beverage

The benefits of both the ginger as a digestive aid and general all-over tonic, combined with the relaxing effects of the chamomile and the anti-inflamatory qualities of cinnamon, it is no wonder that sipping Chef Michel Stroot’s creation of this Spa Chamomile Drink has become somewhat of a popular pastime at the Golden Door Spa in Escondido, California. Oriental studies show that ginger also increases immune responses and is an excellent remedy for colds and flue, and reducing high cholesterol.
