GRANDMA’S QUICK AND EASY CONDENSED MILK CARAMEL PUDDING

This is a quick and simple way to make the most delicious caramel pudding ever. So effortless, but with spectacular results! Definately a family favourite. Place an unopened can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk in a pot of boiling water and keep it boiling for 2 ½ hours, being careful to keep the can completely covered with water. Remove from heat and chill thoroughly. At serving time, remove the top of the can careful, and empty the can so that the contents will be removed whole. Cut the pudding into slices, garnish with nut meats and whipped cream. It may also be used as a cake frosting, tart and pie filling, etc.
