Vitamin E mask recipe
You will need: 1 capsule of Vitamin E
1 medium sized, fairly ripe peeled banana
1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream.
Preparation: Using a fork or blender, mix together the banana and whipping cream. When this mixture is consistent, add the contents of a Vitamin E capsule. (Prick it with a pin, and squeeze the contents out).
Apply the mask liberally on your face, leaving it on for at least 15 minutes. Using lukewarm water, wash the mask off with or without a facecloth. This mask can be used in conjunction with other anti-aging masks for exceptional results.

Avocado Facial Mask
Simply peel an avocado, then mash the pulp thoroughly in a small bowl. Apply liberally to your face, leaving it on for approximately 4 minutes. Using lukewarm water, rinse off well.
This simple and easy mask will leave your face feeling cleaner, tighter (more youthful), and so very soft and smooth. The added bonus is that the tightening effect on your pores helps prevent acne.
