This Homemade Orange Julius recipe makes 5½ cups, more than enough to keep 3-5 people happy!

2½ cups cold water

1 large egg

½ c skim milk powder

½ can frozen real orange juice concentrate

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 T sugar (optional)

6-8 ice cubes

  1. Combine everything except the ice cubes in a blender. Process for 30 seconds.
  2. Now add the ice cubes, one at a time, through the opening in the lid while the blender is running.
  3. Process until your Homemade Orange Julius is smooth and frothy.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with a fresh sprig of mint or an orange twist.
