Ingredients for your very own Spa Chamomile Drink:

2½ c water

1½ c unsweetened apple juice

2 bags chamomile tea

1 small cinnamon stick

1 clove

1 slice fresh ginger, ¼ “ thick, about 1” round

½ orange, thinly sliced

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and juice. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add tea, cinnamon, clove and ginger. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  2. Strain into heated teapot and serve immediately, garnished with orange slices. Makes 4 servings
