½ c tuna oil (from a can of tuna fish packed in oil)
¼ c pure vegetable oil
½ c all-purpose flour
1 ½ c rolled oats (not instant)

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly grease a cookie sheet.

2. In a medium sized bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients, forming a soft dough.

3. With floured hands, scoop out a teaspoon of dough, and shape into scant ½ inch balls.

4. Place your Tempting Kitty Treats on the greased cookie sheet, and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until your feline’s treats are slightly browned. (Do not overcook)

5. Set aside on a wire rack and cool for ½ an hour before serving.

6. Store in an airtight container.

Variations: Chicken or beef bouillon or broth may be substituted for the tuna oil, according to your favourite feline’s finicky tastes.
If a finicky feline prefers, cod liver oil may be substituted for the tuna oil.
