Easy to Make Deli Vinaigrette Crab Salad

This is another popular deli recipe, especially around the holiday season. 1 tsp oregano

1 lb crabmeat

1 c wine vinegar

4-6 celery stalks

1 bunch green onions

½ c olive oil

1 green pepper

1. Mix the vinegar, olive oil, and oregano in a small bowl.

2. In a seaparte bowl, combine the crabmeat, celery, pepper, and green onions.

3. Pour the vinegar/oil mixture over top.

4. Refriderate for at least 2 hours to blend the flavours. Better than deli-bought.Enjoy!.
