How To Make Your Own Inexpensive Taco Seasoning Mix

This is a very simple and inexpensive recipe to make your own Taco Seasoning Mix. Ingredients:

2 tsp instant minced onion      

½ tsp crushed dried red pepper      

½ tsp instant minced garlic     

1 tsp salt      

1 tsp chili powder      

½ tsp cornstarch      

¼ tsp oregano   

½ tsp cumin

1.Combine all the above ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed.

2. Spoon the mixture onto a 6” square aluminium foil, and fold to make airtight.

3. You can label for future use, storing it in a cool dry place to use within 6 months, or use it right away in your Mexican cooking.
