Lemongrass, Coriander and Clove Bath—If you are suffering from stiff limbs after excessive exercise, this bath will help stimulate the circulation and relieve suffering in joints and muscles. 2 T almond oil
2 drops lemongrass oil
2 drops coriander oil
2 drops clove oil
- Carefully measure the almond oil into a small bowl.
- Slowly drop in all the essential oils. Mix all the ingredients together, then pour the mixture into your bath while the water is running. Rinse the bowl under the running tap water or in the bath water, in order to ensure that all of the essential oils have fragranced your bath. All that is left, is to enjoy your long and relaxing bath.
