This Homemade Orange Julius recipe makes 5½ cups, more than enough to keep 3-5 people happy!
2½ cups cold water
1 large egg
½ c skim milk powder
½ can frozen real orange juice concentrate
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 T sugar (optional)
6-8 ice cubes
- Combine everything except the ice cubes in a blender. Process for 30 seconds.
- Now add the ice cubes, one at a time, through the opening in the lid while the blender is running.
- Process until your Homemade Orange Julius is smooth and frothy.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a fresh sprig of mint or an orange twist.
