1 c diced celery

1 large green bell pepper, cut into strips

10-12 radishes sliced thinly ½ seedless cucumber, sliced

3 large tomatoes, cut into wedges or 2 c cherry tomatoes

1 c thin julienne strips of cooked turkey

1 c cubed cooked ham

1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese

Salad dressing of your choice

1. Rub a very large salad bowl with a cut clove of garlic.

2. Mix together the lettuce, carrots, celery, pepper and radishes.

3. Put the mixture into the bowl.

4. Sprinkle the cherry tomatoes (or tomato wedges) over top of the salad. Then spread the ham cubes, turkey julienne strips, topping with the grated cheddar cheese evenly over top of all.

  1. Garnish with the sliced cucumber lining the edge of the bowl, alternating with the egg wedges
