Ingredients:1 c pure canola oil

½ c glycerin

4-5 drops of essential oil of chamomile, jasmine, or lavender (for healing properties of each oil, please check the chart in

  2. Pour ¼ cup of your Skin Restoration Foaming Bath Oil’ into your running bath water for a wonderful foaming soak.

Both the soothing oils and the glycerin will help your skin attract and keep vital moisture so necessary for healthy skin during winter months. The aroma of each chamomile, Jasmine, or lavender oil is very calming and relaxing.

Variations: Almond oil, sesame, sunflower, or olive oil may also be substituted for the canola oil with the same moisturizing soothing effects.

Peppermint extract or lemon extract may be used instead of the chamomile, jasmine, or lavender, to provide a soothing invigorating and energizing bath.
