For a fresh single serving, combine:
1 c freshly washed spinach
1 medium sized sweet apple, cored
1 c purified water
2 T good quality extra-virgin olive oil
2 capsules of your pet’s favourite fish oil
Method:
1. Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and liquid texture. If necessary, add a little more water.
3. Just before serving, break open the fish capsules, and drizzle the oil over the top of your pet’s smoothie.

Your pet will enjoy his very own smoothie, but don’t overdo it. Two to three times a week is optimal.
Any leftover smoothie keeps well in the fridge for up to three days.
