1 omega egg, well beaten
½ small can of tuna
½ c nonfat powdered milk
½ c whole wheat flour
1 T cod liver oil
¼ c filtered water
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
2. In a small bowl, beat the egg until it is foamy.
3. Empty the can of tuna into a separate medium sized bowl. With a fork, mash the tuna down well.
4. Add in the milk, then the flour, mixing well.
5. To this mixture, add in the water and cod liver oil, blending all together well.
6. Then mix in the foamy egg, forming a soft dough.
7. With lightly floured hands, scoop out a teaspoon of dough, roll it to make a small ball, then place on the greased cookie sheet. Press and flatten the Feline Fish Treats on the cookie sheet.
8. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove your Feline Fish Treats from the oven, and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Flip them over, and replace them in the oven, cooking for an additional 10 minutes, or until a light golden brown. (Do not overcook).
9. Cool on a wire rack for at least 15 minutes.
10. Treat you happy feline when the Feline Fish Treats are completely cold.
These Feline Fish Treats should be stored in an airtight container, either in the fridge or a cool dry place.
